A new Elusive beer last night and in true Andy Parker style it's just as much about the malts as it is about the hops, although the hop is one of my favourite, Citra. Classic flavours, grapefruit, citrus, not too bitter and very well balanced a nice pint (well 400ml) on a very muggy evening!
