I tried a new beer from Siren yesterday while making dinner, it's a riff on one of their core beers called "Soundwave", except that they made this one and double dry hopped it (hence the "DDH" label) This means that they added more hops to the brew after the boil or during the fermentation stage which adds a huge whack of flavour to the final beer as the delicate hop oils are not boiled off as they usually are since beer is normally hopped during the boil stage. It was really good, like an old friend, but on steroids...
