Had this little treat while cooking dinner last night, a barrel aged saison beer flavoured with cherries from my local craft brewer Siren, it was delicious! I'm a big fan of cherries generally, I like them in cakes, puddings and drinks and this was a particularly fine example of a fruit flavoured beer, deep, rich and flavorsome, in the best Belgian tradition, top marks!
