I walked past my favourite little pond today and was shocked to see it completely dried out! I do hope the various critters that used to live in the pond (i.e. the family of Moorhens) made it out before all the water disappeared! Looks like we're in for at least another week of dry weather, I wonder how much rain will be required to top the levels up again?
