I see that a new ISIS leader has been appointed. We all know this will not have happened via a democratic election of any kind but I can't help wondering how they decided on their new leader? I do hope it was via some kind of talent contest, perhaps they'd have called it the Semtex factor, or maybe Dancing on ISIS?
