Is it just me or are Millennials obsessed with meetings? I work with several now and it seems to me like they're utterly incapable of making decisions and/or working on their own without constant validation. Of course, sometimes it's essential (and desirable) to get the input and advice of others and sometimes you need their help but sometimes it's nice just to have that sense of achievement when you decide to do something and just do it. They're missing out I reckon!
