Quite an alarming picture on first inspection. Taken in Reading (the nearest big place to where I live) it shows a wall that has collapsed in the wind, however (fortunately!) unusually the wall contained a statue of a cartwheeling boy but if you didn't know that you'd think the worst!
For reference the picture below shows the art installation prior to storm Eunice... (a gift from the city of Dusseldorf which is twinned with Reading)
