I tried a new beer at the weekend, from my local brewers Siren it's a collaboration with the Old Street Brewery in London (Hackney Wick). A deliciously crisp pale ale with a boat load of fruity hops in it. Galaxy, Nelson, Citra and Idaho 7 combine to deliver a refreshing and juicy beer (nice can design too!) chock full of tropical fruit and citrus flavours but with a refreshingly bitter (like grapefruit) finish to it. Very nice drop indeed, I have one more can left which I have my eye on for supping this Friday evening!
