J&M on the money as usual. I'm not sure I could pinpoint the exact moment but at some point in the last few years it became fashionable to slap the word "phobia" onto the end of nouns that identify a personal or treasured belief. This is usually done in an attempt to gaslight opponents of that belief, a way of shutting them down by making it sound like it's them who have the problem and not the believer, an obvious logical fallacy, but to those lacking critical thinking skills it kinda sounds plausible. Until, it's reversed (as it inevitably is) and applied to the source of the belief, at which point the fallacy becomes obvious. Beliefs can only be weighed based on evidence, not labels.
